Our Executive Management Team has over 50 years of combined experience in Law Enforcement, Military, Contract Law, Security Management and Finance.
The team works closely with clients and employees which drives ALL(n)1 Security’s growth and continuous improvement of services. This committed hands-on corporate management approach lets our partners and clients know that we are committed to their success. The team is structured to meet every contract requirement and bring value added features to its clients, thoroughly oversee all performance factors, respond rapidly when problems occur and achieve continual improvement in the quality of services. This combination of tight controls and value added support ensures a well-run contract that exceeds the basic objectives for services.
- Gregory Sims, Chief Operating Officer, has been with the company since 2005. He is involved with the overall strategy, company policies and procedures and operational decisions. He is a graduate of Clark Atlanta University (B.S.-Computer Science). He is also a graduate of Harvard Business School (MBA Degree). He has extensive management consulting experience and has worked with organizations such as CNN.com, TechBridge, Inc., Peachtree Asset Management and Smith Barney.
- Clarence Powell, Director of Field Operations, is responsible for overall field operations and has held this position since 2004. He has also worked as field supervisor and has held other positions in the field. He has a B.A. in Business Administration degree from Clark Atlanta University. He works closely with the Human Resources Manager to develop and implement policies/procedures along with training modules for all security personnel and he is a primary contact for ALL(n)1 clients. He has experience as a Lead Customer Service Representative at Alliance Data Systems and also as a Branch Manager at the world’s largest rental car company, Enterprise Rent-A-Car. His knowledge and expertise ensures the proper training of all personnel.
- Chana Reed, Human Resources Manager, is involved with all decisions regarding security and administrative personnel for the company. Her responsibilities include pre-employment screenings and officer training. She also manages the scheduling process for all security personnel. She also serves as a chief liaison to each ALL(n)1 Security Services client. She is responsible for creating post orders for each client site and providing period reports to the client. She is heavily involved in the new client acquisition process. She gathers requirements from potential clients and uses that data to prepare estimates for new proposals.
